rendering right bar in particular screen

i need to display a rightbar for a particular page, but when i am doing it
is overlapping on the body section.
can any one help?

my application is built around earliear version of ofbiz, there r some
constraint that i could not switch to new ofbiz,
than how it is feasible to solve display related pb
