resultToResult missing in 4.0

Hi,
there is problem in Service Reference in Web Tools, field resultToResult
missing in class ServiceEcaAction
https://demo40.hotwaxmedia.com/webtools/control/availableServices?sel_service_name=createPerson

I fixed this problem in my ofbiz copy by comment part for reading
resultToResult field in file availableservices.bsh.

This came from https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-1384. I did not apply the right patch (but it's a bit more confuse than
that)

I have reverted the result-to-result part from r591941 in r723456
