[OFBiz] Users - Unknown term from Customer

Gan Chun Yee
Hi,
I have encountered some term used by our ERP customer,
which I do not know what does it mean, can anybody
understand any of this term below:
1. OI
2. RODS
3. ETD (something to do with date)
4. C/I

Besides, is Sales Forecasting feature going to be
implemented in the Project roadmap? As I received a
request from customer who wanted to inject
Intelligence into the ERP system, which one of it is
able to do forecasting, especially on their stock.
