OFBiz is a bit different than Compiere. It is a community-driven
project and not a company. That is even more true now that it is in
(and nearly through with) the Apache Incubator.
So, to do this just get the source files from SVN and submit a patch
for the OFBIZ project in the Apache Jira issue tracker.
Of course, in a community-driven project the best way to get clients
is to become active in the community. When you contribute code and
answer questions and such you demonstrate your abilities and people
looking for help will naturally call on you.
Since this really is a question for the community, I'm copying my
reply to the ofbiz-user mailing list. That is a good one to start
with and become active on, and if you want to get involved with OFBiz
development and/or contributions, the ofbiz-dev mailing list is the
place to be.
I hope that answers your question. Best of luck in this undertaking!
