Which version/revision of OFBiz are you using? Okay, I see what you are talking about now. The bug I was referring to that had been fixed was only for post-checkout stuff, not when you abort in the middle of a checkout. The solution to this would be to add something to the new customer event that detects that an anonymous user was in the session and cart, and then to have it remove that user when ready and replace it with the new customer account created.
