Store Postal code, Country in the visit table for corrosponding client IP Address

Hi All

i want to store the value of
CLIENT_IP_ISP_NAME
CLIENT_IP_POSTAL_CODE
CLIENT_IP_STATE_PROV_GEO_ID
CLIENT_IP_COUNTRY_GEO_ID
in visit table for corresponding Client IP Address.

If any one have idea please help me.
