Users - Communication Reply to and preferences

I may have missed this.
you receive a communications form the AutoEmail.
you want to reply, is there something inplace.
if not how about a status for Reply.
and preferences set by party like in most email clients.
1)include previous email content.
2)Notify if read.

If not done, and no one is going to do this, I have an urgent need, so
will do it.
