Users - Tax Authority

Hi David

In the SVN Demo, and in my store now that I've enabled some Tax
Authority stuff, I'm getting the following error during Checkout, but
not during Quick Checkout...


User authorization is required for this service:
createCustomerTaxAuthInfo

What is the best action to use to make it go away?

Is there any notes anywhere suggesting how to setup the Tax Authority
information for a business?

This should be fixed now. It appears it was happening regardless of  
whether or not the TaxAuthority settings were enabled on the store,  
though I'm not sure what you meant by "enabled some Tax Authority  
stuff". Whatever the case, it should be all better now.
