Users - changing the store displays the errors

puranisank

Hi,
I am using sequoiaerp0.8.3.
connected with mysql database.
The change I made in the file "applications\ecommerce\webapp\ecommerce\web-inf\web.xml" is
<context-param>
        <param-name>webSiteId</param-name>
        <param-value>MS-WEBSITE</param-value>
<description>A unique ID used to look up the WebSite entity to get information about catalogs, etc.</description>
    </context-param>

The corresponding changes are made in the database to display the catalog for each category.
I have 14 categories.
The maximum number of items for a category is nearly 60.
Some of the categories displays the items without error.
But some of the categories displays the following error
either in the first page or in other pages.

Method public java.lang.String org.ofbiz.widget.screen.ScreenRenderer.render(java.lang.String) throws Re: Users - changing the store displays the errors

Andrew Sykes
Purani,

It looks like productsummaryScreen isn't being found, are you sure it's
where you think it is?

Could it be that the categories with errors have a different "default
template" set in the database?

Hi,
Thanks. I haven't made any other changes in the original source of sequoiaerp0.8.3, other than the only change in web.xml i.e. changed "<param-value>MS-WEBSITE</param-value>" from "<param-value>WebStore</param-value>".

So, productsummaryScreen is always available.
But can you please tell me what you exactly mean from "Could it be that the categories with errors have a different "default template" set in the database? "

Regards
Purani

Re: Users - changing the store displays the errors

Andrew Sykes
Purani,

Sorry, I used the term "Default Template", I should have used "Detail
Screen", this is set in /catalog on the category page.

Hi Andrew,
Do you mean the demo data is creating the error?

Re: Users - changing the store displays the errors

Andrew Sykes
Purani,

No, this wouldn't be in the demo data, I was wondering if you had
changed this setting?
