Brendan Vogt
Hi,

I'm from South Africa and the following site been around for some time, but
I can't access it at all.  It's on the OFBiz users list.  Maybe they block
South African access?

http://www.1800flowers.com/

Can any one else not access this site?

Brendan

have you checked you firewall to see if that IP is blocked for some reason?
do a tracert to see if you can find where it is blocked.

RE: http://www.1800flowers.com/

Nah I'm not that concerned.  It actually slipped my mind a couple of months
back.  And then today I was on the OFBiz site to look at the users.  I
wonder if they still use OFBiz.

Does any 0ne know what is the biggest implementation of OFBiz yet up to
date?

Brendan,

We will not reach towards our target if you will forget about this :-)
It looks like firewall problem that you may need to figure out.

I think they put restrictions on the site as to what country may or may not
access it.  All sites work from my PC, except this one.

I think so yes.  OFBiz is already a big system, so I think anything is
possible with it.  Do you need such a site?  I'm also looking at
implementing my own site with OFBiz, but busy with the learning curve.

Hi,

Do you have any idea, if we can do something like this in ofbiz.

Rohit

My suggestion is to download ofbiz from the Svn release branch and play
with the CSS file for the ecommerce side.
every component you see is movable, and formated through the CSS file.
Note: this is not a normal web app where the pages are static. So you
don't use HTML to edit.
This may take a while to implement if you want new features that are not
already in the out of the box (OOTB) version.
