I did use the Entity Maintenance instead SQuirreL.

I recommend this also, since you not only see the data but the
relationship the data has with other entities.
you can do CRUD operation manually but I don't recommend it until you
understand how ofbiz works.

It is really better if you don't think of the database or tables, but as
entities and fields. You will get further ahead faster, IMHO
